The last few days have been exciting as we celebrated the inauguration of our new President but today was even more icing.
This morning at 6 AM ET Fortume Magazine announced it’s annual list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For and Build-A-Bear Workshop made the top 100!! This is HUGE. We have talked about this for years and we always read the annual list for inspiration from some of America’s largest companies. NOW we are part of that inspiration.
This is a huge honor for our associates as it is all about them. If I could have given them a gift that says, “you are the gold standard in providing a great place to work, ” this would be it. We had a small celebration at BQ today–I think we were all in shock.
To all our Guests and Associates (including our BQ pooches) world wide thanks for being part of our family. You make us proud.
